Hotline News

Valley Intergroup Service Center provides a 24-hour telephone hotline where individuals can talk to someone to get help to stop drinking and get connected to support. The hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • This is strictly a volunteer service provided by recovering alcoholics, and a great opportunity to be of service.

  • Calls are routed directly to your cell or home phone (not to an office) during a time frame that works for you.

  • If you’re unable to pick up the phone at any given time, the call will be routed to the next available volunteer
💠 Volunteers are suggested to have 6 months of consecutive sobriety.
💠A personal phone and ideally internet access
🌀 Answer incoming calls to provide more information about AA and support the drinker who is struggling to quit.
🌀Go on in person 12-step calls (optional).
